Description
Dance Movement Therapy is a tool for psycho-social rehabilitation, awareness-generation and healing process leading to Wellness. In this course we will largely focus on Stress Management using movement going through a process of Body Awareness and methods of relaxation. We will engage not only through movements, but also through feedback, discussions and reflections. You will be asked to do assignments and maintain a journal to document your journey and realizations. The methods applied will be through Group Therapy, leading to individual reflections. Maintenance of confidentiality within the group is a primary pre-requisite.
Age Group: 18 upwards
Timings: Every Thursday 8 P.M- 9 P.M GMT+05:30 for 6 weeks starting August 8, 2019.
