Manjir is an Educationist, Writer, Parenting coach and Student-mentor. With more than 25 years of experience as Teacher, Mentor, Educational Delivery manager of a School Network and Principal of two premier K-12 schools in East India, Manjir has nurtured, groomed, mentored and  coached thousands of students and parents. She is a writer of children’s story books and text books and a poet. Manjir  has written several text books in Bangla for children that are taught in schools. She is also the author of the highest-selling ISC Text book in Sociology in India. Popular with children from kindergarten up to college, Manjir is the co-founder of Bondhu, an experiential Creative Learning Center for Children and is now the Director of  Manav Zameen, a Wellness Organization and Center for Children with special abilities.
