Description
In this course we work with that part of the school curriculum in English mostly ‘parked’ by learners – ‘the unseen writing tasks.’ We cover both short and long writing tasks prescribed in Middle, Secondary and Senior Secondary School curriculum. These include:
• Notice writing
• Poster writing
• Different categories of Formal and Business Letters
• Writing Speeches
• Writing Reports
• Writing Articles
The course helps learners understand and practice different writing formats, techniques and styles. Learners also learn to apply differentiated content in terms of expression, grammar, techniques of presentation and so on for the above mentioned writing tasks.
At the end of the course learners are able to write the differentiated content in correct formats and style. Options will also be open for submission of content for evaluation based on CBSE board criterion.
Timing: Every Saturday (for 8 weeks); 60 minutes.
